New Faculty Faces in the Counseling Suite in Fall 2012
The Department of Counseling is excited to welcome four new members to the faculty beginning Fall 2012. Please see Faculty and Staff to read more about each of the individuals listed below.
Nathaniel Ivers, Assistant Professor
Nathaniel Ivers, Ph.D (06) joined the Department of Counseling faculty in Fall of 2012. Nathaniel’s teaching responsibilities will include multiple graduate level courses as well as multiple undergraduate courses with the Health and Human Services Minor.
Carla Henderson Emerson, Professional Teaching Lecturer
Carla Henderson Emerson, Ph.D joined the Department of Counseling faculty in Fall of 2012. Carla’s teaching responsibilities will include multiple graduate level courses including CNS 748: Lifespan Development: Implications for Counseling and CNS 744/745: Clinical Mental Health Counseling Internship I and II.
Jennifer Rogers, Professional Teaching Lecturer
Jennifer Rogers, ABD from Syracuse University (08) joined the Department of Counseling faculty full-time in Fall of 2012 after teaching CNS 742: Group Procedures as an Adjunct Faculty member in Spring 2012. Jennifer’s teaching responsibilities will include multiple graduate level courses including CNS 740: Theories and Models of Counseling and CNS 744/745: Clinical Mental Health Counseling Internship I and II.
Brian Calhoun, Instructor
Brian Calhoun (12) joined the Department of Counseling faculty in Fall of 2012. Brian’s teaching responsibilities include the College to Career courses offered to undergraduate students by the Department of Counseling in collaboration with the Office of Personal and Career Development.
