The Office of Sustainability is proud to announce that the sixth annual Earth Talks(opens in a new tab) will be held on Wednesday, April 15 at 5:00 pm in Pugh Auditorium.

Proposals to present(opens in a new tab) are currently being accepted through Tuesday, February 17.

Earth Talks is an annual series of short, student-led presentations that are focused on a wide range of sustainability topics. Each talk is led by a Wake Forest student or group of students who are eager to share their knowledge, passions, and/or research with the WFU community. Presenters gain valuable experience in effective communication, public speaking, and creating engaging presentations, while student audience members learn from their peers across disciplines. While all proposals will be considered, talks that center climate change solutions and/or the appreciation of nature will be prioritized for this year’s event.

Undergraduate and Graduate students are eligible to present.
