Adoption-related experiences can emerge in the therapy room in many ways, including concerns surrounding identity, belonging, attachment, grief and loss, rejection, abandonment, family relationships, and life transitions. This training will explore these experiences through an adoption-competent and trauma-informed lens while providing practical considerations for clinical practice.
