Dr. Holly B. Rogers is a board-certified psychiatrist and co-founder of MIEA. She spent 23 years at Duke University developing mindfulness programs for college and graduate students, and has trained instructors at 300+ universities worldwide. She’s the author of The Mindful Twenty-Something and an expert in helping young adults navigate stress and transition.
These weekly sessions give you direct access to her teaching and personalized guidance.

Why Practice with a Teacher?

Research shows that expert guidance and community support are what make mindfulness stick. Whether you’re starting out or deepening an existing practice, these sessions give you the structure and connection you need.
Who Should Join
- Current and former MIEA students
